What, I wondered, will I give my loyal readers this weekend?

A weekend during which I’ll have raced back and forth across the state for both a wedding in La Crosse and a freelance project in Madison. All during a week in which I would have rather stayed indoors instead of going from car lot to car lot during my spare hours, looking for the perfect, albeit, last minute gift.

All I know is I can’t leave you guys hangin’.

So, now that I finally have a present, which is wrapped, and my bags packed for my trip westward tonight, I’ll leave you with some ideas for how to spend your weekend.

On Saturday, salute our military during the Milwaukee Veterans Day Parade and continue with a full day of events and activities for military personnel and their families. There’s also another Family Free Day at the Zoo, which is when you and your family can – wait for it – get in for FREE.

All weekend, STOMP, The Producers, and Peace, Love and a 30-year Mortgage continue to keep local theaters bustling, and sports action from the Bucks, Marquette, UWM, and the Admirals keep arenas in town alive.
